We take all our clients through an onboarding process and set them up on their own client portal. From there you can request edits, track progress, add files and chat with your project manager. You also have the option to book in training and coaching calls directly with our producers.

Every client is set up with a client folder within our Google Drive. Through our client portal you'll be able to upload raw content and download completed videos directly from there. For larger projects we may ask you to provide the content on a hard drive and can return a copy of that drive with project files for your own storage and future use. We recommend you back up storage of your files in multiple locations for your own piece of mind.

Short answer, no. Long answer, depending on the service you are using there may be guidelines. We will discuss these guidelines individually with you. Mostly it comes down to common sense. If you're providing us with content for social media reels you can upload them to our client drives. If you're providing us raw content for a feature length documentary, we'll ask you to physically send a hard drive.

For shorter form online productions, such as trailers, reels or YouTube videos, we'll provide you with your videos via the client folder we'll set up for you in Google Drive. For long form productions like documentaries those files can be sent in Full HD or 4K quality via Vimeo or stored and sent via hard drive.

Your account manager will review and assess every video for quality control and all of our editors are thoroughly trained and monitored to maintain the highest quality. We undergo a detailed onboarding process to ensure we're creating the content to your brands standards and also offer 2 rounds of revisions per video.

This will vary depending on the type of project. Singular short form videos like ads or promotions will be a 2-3 business day turn around. Social media reels are generally done in batches of 15-30 videos at a time. So that will be between 4-7 business days. Other long form projects will be planned and timeframes outlined during the set up phase.
