The Making of a Series

In a world filled with amazing stories, it's our mission at Meister Creative to tell as many of those stories as possible. In a new initiative we've began a series we're calling One Day Doco.

The idea is simple, we'll be creating documentary short films for people around Australia and the world with all the filming taking place within a total of 24 hours. We'll be talking to business leaders, inspiring athletes, community and political figures, and those with stories of impact.

Starting Strong

To kickstart the series we reached out to a businessman from the Gold Coast in Australia, Sam Hope.

I first met Sam at a business conference that I was recording, and as you do when creating highlight videos of events, I was searching for people to interview and get some insights into their thoughts on the content of the conference.

This is where most people try to actively avoid you, as their fear of being on camera takes hold. But not for Sam. He approached, put his hand out, shook my hand and introduced himself asking enthusiastically if he'd be able to say a few words or help out in anyway.

Something like this is a shock for an adult to do, but even more surprising was that Sam was just 15 years old at the time. Dressed to impress in a well fitted business suit and brimming with energy.

"You've got to be audaciously attacking whatever you're doing with serious purpose and intent" - Sam Hope

Since that time I've watched as Sam has passionately chased down his goals of business and entrepreneurial success. He has sought out mentorship from some of Australia's and the world's leading business people, jumped at the chance to continuously take the next step forward in his career and created incredible results.

Starting and taking multiple businesses to market, working with powerhouse organisations such as Forbes magazine and creating his own successful podcast interviewing business leaders and even iconic political figures such as John Howard.

Sam's ability to tackle the challenging world of entrepreneurship without falling into the traps of "online gurus" has been an inspiration to see unfold.

I truly believe his story is one every inspiring entrepreneur should know and learn from. Now having taken the leap across to the United States to chase down his next monumental business idea, there are certain to be big things ahead for Sam Hope, and it's a name everyone should keep an eye on.
